Eligibility
Citizens, residents, GCC nationals, companies, diplomatic bodies, and governmental entities are eligible to apply for this service.

Citizens, GCC nationals and Residents

  1. Original Emirates ID

Commercial companies

  1. Original Emirates ID
  2. Official letter from the company
  3. Copy of the trade licence

Commercial companies (Free zone)

  1. Original Emirates ID
  2. Official letter from the company
  3. Copy of the trade licence

Local and federal governmental and semi-governmental entities

  1. Original Emirates ID of the authorised person
  2. Letter from the governmental entity

Diplomatic bodies

  1. Original Emirates ID of the authorised person
  2. Letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

  • 100 AED if the traffic file has between 1 and 100 vehicles
  • 500 AED if the traffic file has between 101 and 300 vehicles
  • 1,000 AED if the traffic file has more than 300 vehicles
  • + 20 AED Innovation and Knowledge fees.
