1. The customer logs in using his username and password.
2. The customer selects Licensing Services.
3. The customer selects My vehicles (more).
4. The customer enters the required information.
5. The customer settles the required fees by credit card.
6. The customer receives the certificate electronically.

Through Mahboub Chatbot

1. The customer types vehicle clearance certificate.
2. The customer enters the vehicle plate number details.
3. The customer confirms the vehicle details.
4. The customer enters the required information: traffic file number, birth year or trade licence number, and contact details.
5. The customer settles the required fees by credit card.
6. The customer receives the certificate electronically.

Through Mahboub Chatbot (customers with RTA account)

1. The customer types vehicle clearance certificate.
2. The customer enters his username.
3. The customer selects a vehicle from the vehicle list in his account or enters the plate details of another vehicle.
4. The customer enters the required information: traffic file number, birth year or trade licence number, and contact detail.
5. The customer settles the required fees by credit card.
6. The customer receives the certificate electronically.

Through Self Service Machines

1. The customer selects online services.
2. The customer proceeds to the desired service and enters the vehicle's information.
3. The customer settles the required fees.
4. The customer receives the certificate instantly from the printer of the Self Service Machines.

One month from issuance date.

Clearance certificate.

• The customer must pay all the traffic fines and remove all the restrictions on the vehicle (Impounding, blocked fines, etc...) before receiving this service.
• The customer can't apply for a clearance certificate if the vehicle registration was expired for more than 90 days.
• Required contracts according to the legal type:
  
  • Sole Proprietorship: no Memorandum of Association required
  • Service agent: no Service Agent Contract required
  • Limited Liability Company: Memorandum of Association
  • Single-Owner L.L.C.: Memorandum of Association
  • Civil Company: Memorandum of Association of civil company
  • General Partnership: Memorandum of Association of a joint venture
  • Public Joint Stock Company: Memorandum of Association
  • Private Joint Stock Company: Memorandum of Association.
• If the company is the Dubai branch of a parent company in another emirate, the customer must provide the Memorandum of Association of the parent company.
• Jebel Ali Free Zone transactions are processed at Jebel Ali centre only.
• If the plates of the registered vehicle are consulate plates, the customer must provide an NOC from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and contact the Customer Happiness Centre - Deira.
