The agency receives the
formal response from the
client by acceptance

application closes,
and when it is accepted
it is sent to operations

After the end of the
period of operation
an actual evaluation
report is obtained. -
The financial
department issues
the service invoice
to the client. -
The client pays
the service invoice
depending on the invoice
issued, whether in cash
or checks.
