RTA announced that the number of riders using public transport, shared transport, and taxis in Dubai, which include the metro, tram, public buses, marine transport means, e-hail vehicles and taxis in 2021 amounted to about 461 million riders.

Opening 16 km cycling track at Jumeirah Beach

RTA has opened a dedicated cycling track extending 16 km alongside Jumeirah Beach. It connects with the existing cycling track at Jumeirah Street near Dubai Water Canal, with the track at King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street near Dubai Internet City.
