LEED Gold Certification for Route 2020 Metro Stations from USGBC

Bike sharing introduced as a mobility mode for Expo 2020
RTA announced the provision of bike sharing modes by Careem which provides a quick and sustainable ride solution at Expo 2020. 230 pedal- assist bicycles and 23 stations were provided by Careem to enable visitors and staff to reserve and use bicycles to tour the exhibition facilities easily through the Careem BIKE app

Free bus rides for Expo visitors from 9 locations in the UAE
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the provision of free bus rides to visitors of Expo 2020 aboard Expo Riders buses from 9 locations in the UAE. These include three in Abu Dhabi, two in Sharjah and one location in each of Ajman, Ras Al Khaima, Fujairah and Al Ain.
