Customer Council

The customer council was launched in order for the Roads and Transport Authority to communicate directly with its customers from external stakeholders and all segments of society, to identify their needs, aspirations and opinions about its services, by holding sessions with them directly, and helping RTA's institutions/sectors to deal with their needs and expectations in order to guarantee their comfort and satisfaction.
