Through RTA Website

1. The customer logs in using his username and password, or UAE Pass.
2. The customer selects Parking Permit for Senior Emiratis.
3. The customer selects the desired service.
4. The customer assigns the “Permit Holder”.
5. The customer enters the required information.
6. The customer enters 1 main vehicle and up to 4 additional ones, and activates only one at a time.
7. The customer links the permit to one main vehicle.
8. The customer receives the permit through SMS and email.

Through Dubai Now

Obtain a parking permit for Senior Emiratis

1. The customer selects Parking Permit for Senior Emiratis.
2. The customer selects the desired permit.
3. The customer enters the required information.
4. The customer enters 1 main vehicle and up to 4 additional ones, and activates only one at a time.
5. The customer links the permit to one main vehicle.
6. The customer receives the permit through SMS and email

Through Service Centres

1. The customer submits the required documents in one of the mentioned service centres.
2. The customer enters 1 main vehicle and up to 4 additional ones, and activates only one at a time.
3. The customer links the permit to one main vehicle.

7. The customer enters 1 main vehicle and up to 4 additional ones, and activates only one at a time (tourist permits only allow the addition of one vehicle, while permits for People of Determination rehabilitation centres allow the addition of one vehicle per permit).
8. The customer links the permit to one main vehicle.
9. The customer receives an SMS with the approval or rejection within 3 working days

Parking Permit for Senior Emiratis

• This permit can be used in paid public parking spaces in Dubai only, excluding those designated for People of Determination or reserved for other categories.
• The permit can only be used by its holder. Unauthorised people or those who breach the permit conditions are subject to fines.
• The customer can add up to 5 vehicles to the permit, and activate only one vehicle at a time through RTA Dubai App or website.
• The permit is electronic and there is no need to print it or display it in the vehicle.
• RTA has the right to issue fines or cancel the permit if it is misused.
• The customer can apply through Dubai Now for Parking Permits for People of Determination (permanent and temporary) and Senior Emiratis only.

Parking Permit for People of Determination (permanent -temporary - tourist)

• The permit is used in Dubai only in parking spaces designated for People of Determination and in paid public parking spaces.
• The customer can add up to 5 vehicles to the permit, and activate only one vehicle at a time through RTA Dubai App or RTA website (for permanent and temporary permits only).
• The permit can only be used in the company of its holder.
• The permit is electronic and there is no need to print it or display it in the vehicle.
• RTA has the right to issue fines or cancel the permit if it is misused.
• The customer can apply through Dubai Now for Parking Permits for People of Determination (permanent, temporary, tourist) and Senior Emiratis only

Parking Permit for People With Special Medical Cases

• The permit can be used in Dubai only, in paid public parking spaces and in parking spaces surrounding the medical facility within a 500m radius, excluding those designated for People of Determination or reserved for other categories.
• The permit can only be used in the company of its holder.
• The permit is electronic and there is no need to print it or display it in the vehicle.
• RTA has the right to issue fines or cancel the permit if it is misused.

Parking Permit for People of Determination Rehabilitation Centre (Non-Profit)

• The permit is used in Dubai only in parking spaces designated for People of Determination and in paid public parking spaces.
• The permit is limited to Non-Profit rehabilitation centres in Dubai.
• The vehicle must be designed for People of Determination according to the approved specifications.
• RTA has the right to issue fines or cancel the permit if it is misused.
