****People of Determination and children under 5 receive complimentary travel only for commuter trips upon presenting a valid ID. Cash, nol, Credit and Debit Cards are accepted as payment mode in all stations.
Please be at the station 15 minutes (ferry service) prior to the time indicated in the flyer as departure times vary from station to station. Friday prayer break time will be applied from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

Terms & Conditions

  • Customers with restricted mobility, particularly those who need to use wheelchairs during boarding should advise of this requirement at least 24 hours in advance or at the time of booking by calling 800 90 90.
  • International security legislation permits the search of passengers and their belongings at the point of boarding. Please cooperate.
  • Given the space limitation, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the outside deck, including electronic cigarettes.
  • There is no refund for any paid trips.
  • RTA reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel a trip due to unexpected weather conditions or any safety and security concerns.
  • The ferries' maximum capacity is 98 passengers.
  • Infants under 2 years travelling with a parent/guardian can travel free of charge and are not included in the vessel's capacity limit. For safety reasons, the passenger capacity limit cannot be exceeded.
  • The daily maximum limit for chartering the Dubai Ferry is 8 hours. If you wish to book it for a period that exceeds 8 hours, please call 800 90 90.
  • Compressed gas cylinders, firearms, sharp objects, and any items that may cause potential harm to fellow passengers or the crew are strictly prohibited from being carried on board.
  • No pets are allowed on board.
  • Customers are permitted to carry light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for their trips. There is a strict no alcohol policy on the Dubai Ferry.
  • Children (under the age of 12) must be accompanied by an adult and should wear a life jacket while on board.
  • A valid ID must be presented to the Ticketing and Information once at the marine station.
