To issue a permit

1. The customer logs in using his username and password or through the traffic file details.
2. The customer selects Vehicle Plate Trading Permits from the Permits services list.
3. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions after reading them.
4. The customer enters the required information and uploads the required documents.
5. The customer pays the fees through credit card.
6. The customer receives a link to download the permit through email and SMS, or downloads it directly from the website.

To renew a permit

1. The customer logs in using his username and password or through the traffic file details.
2. The customer selects the required permit and clicks Renew Permit.
3. The customer agrees on the terms and conditions after reading them.
4. The customer pays the fees through credit card.
5. The customer receives a link to download the permit through email and SMS, or downloads it directly from the website.

To cancel a permit

1. The customer logs in using his username and password or through the traffic file details.
2. The customer selects the required permit and clicks on Cancel Permit.
3. The permit is cancelled in the system.
4. The customer receives a refund of the deposit within 40 days.
