A new, more environmentally friendly way to receive parking tickets
RTA is no longer issuing physical parking fines. All parking violation notifications now come to you via text message and email. Visit our website to update your email address and mobile number in your traffic file*, or to add another motorist to receive notifications.
*Motorists can only update their contact details on www.rta.ae if their traffic file is from Dubai.
