1. The customer goes to the Advertisement Management System (AMS) Dashboard through the Apply Now link.
2. The customer logs in to the RTA website through username and password, or UAE pass.
3. The customer clicks on Housing Number Request from the dashboard.
4. The customer fills the required details (Information about the Applicant, Owner, and Housing Units Number).
5. The customer uploads the required documents and marks the desired location.
6. The customer verifies the application details and clicks Confirm to submit the request for approval.
7. The customer checks the status of recently submitted applications through the AMS dashboard and resolves any comments or submits additional information.
8. RTA install the physical plate as per the assigned number based on the addressing system.
9. The customer receives a notification of the completion of his request within 15 working days.
