Benefits of Nol cards

With Dubai's public convenience in mind, RTA is introducing the Nol Card as the way to travel around Dubai. Cash will not be accepted for payment to use Metro, Buses and Water Buses.

You can travel around Dubai and pay for parking using a single card

You no longer need to carry cash or worry about correct change

You will enjoy low cost fares and flexible transfers across different modes of transport

You can enjoy having special fares for different concession types of nol blue card (for Students, Senior Citizen and residents and people of determination)

The following documents are required for applications

Students

Any valid document proving that the applicant is a student

People of Determination (Resident & tourist):

Both sides copy of the Emirates ID
Personal photograph with a white background.
Both sides copy of the People of Determination Card or Sanad Card (Resident).
Tourist POD card, or any document issued by the competent authorities in the country to which he belongs, proving that he is a person of determination.

Senior Emiratis & senior expats (Senior Citizen)

Both sides copy of the valid Emirates ID
