Attention Red Line Metro Users
Work is in place to restore the metro service back to full normalcy on the Red Line. Starting from May 19th 2024, Dubai Metro Service will resume at Onpassive, Equiti, and Mashreq stations, and the Energy Metro Station is scheduled to return to service the week after. All necessary maintenance and testing jobs have been completed to ensure the stations' full operational readiness and that they meet all safety requirements to provide the highest level of secure and smooth service to the public.
Furthermore, RTA will continue to provide metro feeder bus service to the metro stations with schedules corresponding to the metro's operating hours, to facilitate passenger travel and ensure the integration of various mobility modes across the Emirate of Dubai.
Make sure to adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by Dubai Metro staff as well as the bus station staff and the instructional signages. Plan your trips ahead of time and according to the available stations.

Non-stop shuttle buses from Business Bay metro station
For a quick transit, a fleet of non-stop buses is now available at Exit 2, all with minimal wait times.
Bus routes:
- Route 1 Business Bay to ONPASSIVE station
- Route 2 Business Bay to Mall of the Emirates, mashreq and Equiti stations
- Route 3 Business Bay to Al Khail and Dubai Internet City station
