This permit is valid in Dubai public parking only as below:
Parking Permit - My Parking General (A)- Applicable for vehicle in designated parking zones marked with A,B,C,D only.
Parking Permit - My Parking Areas (B)- Applicable for vehicle in designated parking zones marked with B,D only.
Maximum 3 cars can be added into one permit if under the same traffic file number.
If the permit is linked with more than one vehicle then the customer must use “RTA smart mobile application” (The option to switch from one vehicle to another is available through mobile application)
It is not allowed for all kind of trucks such as pick-up and buses to use the permit
The issued permit is not refundable
Note:The seasonal parking permit (My Parking-General (A)) cannot be amended to (My Parking- Areas (B)). However, you can upgrade (My Parking- Areas (B)) to (My Parking General (A)) after paying the required fees at RTA’s customer happiness centres or through RTA’s website.
You can modify the information of your seasonal parking permits, such as modifying vehicles linked to your permit, after providing the vehicle ownership certificate and paying the fees (AED 100).
