1. The customer logs in using his UAE Pass, Emirates ID number, or Passport.
2. The system verifies the customer’s identity by sending an OTP to his registered phone number.
3. The customer selects his preferred driving institute to book the driving test.
4. The customer confirms his data and the data of the selected driving institute.
5. The customer books the driving test appointment.
6. The customer settles the required fees.
7. The customer receives an SMS and email with the booked appointment date.
8. The new Driving Licence is issued after passing the test.

Through Driving Institutes

1. The customer submits his Emirates ID at the driving institute.
2. The customer books the driving test.
3. The customer settles the required fees.
4. An electronic copy of the receipt is sent to the e-mail registered in the system, and a text message is sent to the registered phone number with the details of the driving test appointment.
5. The new Driving Licence is issued after passing the test.

Driving Licence

• The customer must undergo an eye test before applying for the service.
• The customer can change the appointment of the test 24 hours prior to the test date in case he wanted to postpone it, and at any time if he wants to prepone the test date provided that there’s an available appointment and that he settles the required fees (300 AED to prepone an already scheduled test appointment).
• The customer does not need a learning application.
