Answer 2: Registered users can submit their suggestions from their dashboard. Investment Relations and Services section reviews and responds to them.
- Question 3: Can the customer raise queries on opportunities listed on RTA invest?
Answer 3: The customer can submit his queries about the opportunities listed in RTA Invest by sending a message through the opportunity link, or an email to Investment Relations and Services section Investor.support@rta.ae, or through any other mean specified in the tender documents.
- Question 4: How can the customer lease a shop from RTA Invest?
Answer 4: Details related to leasing shops are available under the Retail Opportunities section. Customers specify their preferred location and follow the instructions provided on the page to fill the lease application.
- Question 5: How does the customer know if he’s eligible for an opportunity listed in RTA Invest?
