  1. The customer logs in to the e-NOC system using the username and password.
  2. The customer enters the required details and checks the automatically filled-in personal details.
  3. The customer uploads the required documents.
  4. The customer is redirected to the confirmation page to obtain the transaction reference number.
  5. The customer checks the status of recently submitted applications through the dashboard to resolve any comments or submit additional information.
  6. If the application is rejected, the customer receives the reasons through email and is notified through the website to reapply if he desires (reapplication is initiated from the last step of the approval phase).
  7. If the application is approved, the customer is notified through the website to pay the fees to receive a copy of the certificate.
  8. The customer settles the required fees.
  9. The customer receives the e-NOC through email as well as a link to the approved NOC on his dashboard.

Terms and conditions
  • The customer must meet all the requirements of the service authorities and must get the approval of all concerned service authorities within 2 months after submitting the application to avoid its cancellation.
  • The customer must provide all the supporting documents according to the list available on the e-NOC website before the electronic submission of the application.
  • The customer must commit to the rules and regulations related to work within the Right of Way.
  • The customer must commit to the conditions of the concerned service authorities stated on the final NOC.
